Our mission is to help each person own their life's story, find their truth and live each day more meaningfully. Atlas is a wellness journaling application designed to improve mental well-being and alleviate some of the most important mental health issues of the modern age including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress. We create and curate podcasts, videos, and journaling prompts that offer big ideas from medicine, philosophy, art, and history on what it means to live a meaningful and passionate life. The company was founded in 2017 by two Stanford graduates and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
