MakeWay Wellness is a social marketing company that uses the Network Marketing business model to distribution a proprietary line of health and wellness products. Our products are formulated in house by one of the partners who has been in the supplement industry for over 15 years. Currently we are distributing 5 products, with two more being announced and released in March of 2015. All of our products, including the two forthcoming, as centered around complete wellness and are made with 100% all natural ingredients, nothing synthetic, non-GMO, and no added sugar. We currently have 450 distributors across the USA. That figure has been growing by about 50 per month, and we expect it to begin growing exponentially with the release of the two new products in March. Our current products are pill based, and center on weight loss, sleep, stress relief, appetite suppression, pain relief, joint and muscle relief, detoxification, and immune defense, to name a few. Our two new products will be drink based. The first is an all natural energy drink, in powder form, that has 19 all natural brain feeding ingredients. It is lightly sweetened with Stevia, a plant based sweetener. The next will be an all natural weight loss coffee, black and Latte in flavor. Lightly sweetened with Stevia, and the latte will have coconut oil for creaminess. Currently our sales are averaging $40K - $45K per month, and we anticipate sales to be over $100K by June 2015, and as high as $250K by Jan 2016. Our goal and proforma have us at over $1M in monthly sales by Jan 2017. Once over $250K in monthly sales, we anticipate a monthly EBITDA of 15-25% depending on product costs and additional growth. Once at $1M in monthly sales, we plan to move into the Asian market, which should propel us upwards of $2-5M in sales per month in a few years.
