Modern Health Talk is an online community that features consumer information about health reform and technologies for home healthcare and aging-in-place. The site consists of reforms to medical care delivery and payment systems and the laws regulating them; prevention tips; personal and electronic medical and health records; mobile apps that provide access to health info and services; inspiring stories about individual use of modern technologies; content on remote monitoring of medical and environmental sensors; and more. Modern Health Talk was launched in 2011 by Wayne Caswell and its operations are based in Austin, Texas.
