,A physical therapists is a profession that supports holistic and comprehensive rehabilitation. Physical therapy scientifically analyzes the functions of the mind and body, improves mainly physical functions, as well as prevents and alleviates impairments. In exercise therapy, for example, training is conducted based on exercise physiology and theories, and in physiotherapy ultrasonic waves and light rays such as infrared rays and lasers are used. Furthermore, students wear artificial limbs and orthosis to practice basic movements necessary for daily life. Physical therapists are also involved in daycare, home-visit rehabilitation, development of nursing care and home renovations, and play a significant role in a broad realm of health science and nursing care, in addition to medical care. The students in this department learn medicine-based scientific knowledge and technological methodology to become top runners creating the future.
