Dolma has strong interests in maternal-fetal health, perinatal mood disorders, (in)fertility, and the disparities that persist in reproductive care. Currently, she leads a digital health company, Flutter Care Inc., that is focused on providing every expectant individual with personalized and evidence-based support, guidance, and education to make confident and informed health decisions. As a birth worker/educator and reproductive justice advocate, she currently also provide one-on-one doula support to low-income, racialized, and/or disabled individuals. Co-inventor of 5+ different award-winning and internationally recognized biomedical technologies.
